Business Development Executive
About the role
Business Development Executives are the front line of XIMGlobal's partner growth. You'll identify Global SME producers who are export-ready, build relationships with their leadership, and guide them through our four-step onboarding. Success looks like: a growing pipeline of qualified enquiries, a high onboarding-to-first-export conversion rate, and long-term partner retention.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from our target-producer database
- Conduct product and operational assessments with prospective partners
- Present XIMGlobal's services and onboarding process clearly and honestly
- Close partnership agreements with qualified producers
- Stay involved through onboarding as the producer's primary relationship contact
- Liaise between partners and our compliance, logistics, and operations teams
What we value
- Track record in B2B sales or account management (export industry a plus, not required)
- Ability to have substantive conversations with manufacturing and operations leaders
- Clear writing — you'll draft readiness briefs that are technical and diplomatic
- English and at least one Global language (Hindi, Tamil, or Gujarati preferred)
