Agreement

These terms govern your use of the XIMGlobal website ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services

XIMGlobal provides virtual export partnership services to Global producers seeking UK and EU market access. Service terms, deliverables, and fees are set out in separate partnership agreements. The Site provides information about our services and a way to make enquiries; it does not itself create a partnership.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of XIMGlobal or used with permission. You may view and print content for personal or business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish content without our written permission.

Third-party content and links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Accuracy

We take care to ensure the information on the Site is accurate and up to date but make no warranty that it is error-free. Availability and service descriptions can change without notice. Partnership terms are governed solely by the signed partnership agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XIMGlobal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Our total liability arising from use of the Site is limited to a small fixed amount. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
